REFUND POLICY

To be eligible for a Return or Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it from us. Your item must be in the original packaging & you must have proof of purchase from Nuzest.ae

Returned products must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be in resale-able condition, unsoiled and with no damage to the container, lid, seal or label.
• The item must be unopened.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• The item must be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Products purchased under a promotional offer or Bundle, not eligible for refunds  or exchanges.
